You
are cordially invited to join the Beverly Hills chapter of the
Academy of Richard V. Tucker Cast Gold Study Clubs, designed to
refine your clinical techniques in aesthetic, conservative cast
gold restorative dentistry. The Academy serves study club members
who share a common bond, which is a special dedication to excellence
in dentistry.
Each
meeting, held monthly, consists of a one-hour didactic session
including videotape presentations of the various preparations,
impression making, and cementation and finishing technique. This
is followed by clinical operations and a lunch wrap-up session.
Five hours of continuing education credit is given at each session.
The study club will commence in late fall of 2003, and meets monthly.
The
R. V. Tucker Cast Gold Study Club of Beverly Hills is mentored
by Simon Gamer, DDS. Dr. Gamer received his dental
degree from Northwestern University Dental School. He has given
many lectures all over the world on subjects such as “Occlusal
Pathosis”, “Esthetic Gold Restorative Dentistry”,
and fixed and removable prosthodontics. In addition to mentoring
the Cast Gold Study Club, Dr. Gamer is Course Director in the
Combined Specialty Graduate Diagnosis and Treatment Planning Seminar,
U.S.C. School of Dentistry, and Clinical Professor, Department
of Restorative Dentistry, U.S.C..
