If you have any questions about the program, please contact Continuing Dental Education at (866) 791-1278.

You will need to create a "study club kit" with all of the instruments and supplies listed in the course syllabus for clinic and lab procedures. Even though you might be using other materials or instruments that might work just as well as those listed, it seems that a blind faith approach works best based on our experience with other groups.

You have an opportunity to work with one of the truly fine men in our profession. Dick is a superb clinician and teacher. He has a keen eye, great hands and a gentle critiquing style. If you have any questions or concerns you may write, call, fax , or e-mail (dmichi@aol.com) me.

Sincerely,
Dennis M. Miya, DDS
